Good day, all!
Seems to be a good day for a meal... or two...
Lunch special: Station French Dip - deli sliced smoked roast beef, melted swiss, cara
melized onions, mayo and dijon on a brioche bun with Kentucky bourbon au jus,served with french fries.
For dinner:
Chopping block -- Seared smoked Pork loin with tomatillo velouté, sour cream mashed potatoes and vegetable du jour.
Catch of the day -- Crab and smoked provolone stuffed dover sole with a fennel hollandaise, sour cream mashed potatoes and vegetable du jour.
